Conditions for redeeming gift voucher

• The gift voucher can be used in both physical shops and in the online shop.
• Redeem online: make sure you are logged in. In your account, you will find the voucher code. Copy this code and enter it at checkout.
• The participant will receive a gift voucher from State of Art once or several times a year with the credit saved up to that point.

• State of Art is free to limit the amount of the gift voucher to a maximum amount.

• After the gift voucher has been sent in, the amount of the gift voucher will be deducted from the saved credit.

• The validity period of the gift voucher is indicated on the gift voucher.

• Should you return any items, the points accumulated from these items will be deducted from your savings balance.
• If you return items for which you have used your gift voucher, you will need to contact: contact@stateofart.com in order to reactivate your saved credit.  

Information about saving points

• For every euro spent, you will receive one (1) loyalty point. Each loyalty point is worth five (5) euro cents.
• The points will be credited to your account after a period of 30 days from your purchase.
• You can see the amount of your point balance in your online account.
• Should you return any items, the points accumulated from these items will be deducted from your savings balance.
