General Information

1. These terms & conditions have been issued by State of Art Holding B.V. and its affiliated companies, hereinafter referred to as 'State of Art'.

2. These terms & conditions are applicable to the Loyalty Programme of State of Art Holding B.V. and its affiliated companies, hereinafter referred to as 'State of Art Loyalty'.

3. By participating in 'State of Art Loyalty', the participant declares to agree with these terms & conditions.

 

Participation

1. Participation in 'State of Art Loyalty' is only possible if you register at one of our physical shops or through our online shop.

2. Participation is only possible if you provide your e-mail address during the registration process.

3. We utilise your personal details to inform you about 'State of Art Loyalty'.

 

Benefits

1. When you participate in 'State of Art Loyalty,' you will be placed in a level, and every level comes with certain benefits.

2. Your purchase total from the past twenty-four (24) months will determine the level in which you are placed.

3. The three levels are known as Bronze, Silver and Gold.

4. The Bronze level begins from €0 - €399.00, the Silver level is from €400.00 - €799.00 and the Gold level begins from €800.00.

5. Should you return any items, the value of these items will be deducted from your purchase total, which might change your level.

6. You can determine your level by visiting: www.stateofart.com/en/customer/account/login to consult your account or by enquiring at one of our physical shops.

7. An example for clarification:

On 1 August 2021, the participant purchases items worth €450.00. As a result, he immediately enters the Silver level and enjoys the associated benefits. On 1 September 2022, the participant purchases items worth €250.00. His total balance now amounts to €700.00. He will remain at the Silver level and continue to enjoy the benefits of this level. On 1 January 2023, the participant purchases items worth €125.00. His total balance amounts to €825.00.He enters the Gold level, which entitles him to enjoy extra benefits. On 02 August 2023, the balance changes. The purchase from 1 August 2021 was made more than twenty-four (24) months ago. Therefore, this purchase will no longer count toward determining the applicable level. The balance will now total Є375.00. The participant will return to the Silver level.

Saving & Redeeming Points

1. For every euro spent, you will receive one (1) loyalty point. Each loyalty point is worth five (5) euro cents.

2. The participant will receive a gift voucher from State of Art once or several times a year with the credit saved up to that point.

3. State of Art is free to limit the amount of the gift voucher to a maximum amount.

4. After the gift voucher has been sent in, the amount of the gift voucher will be deducted from the saved credit.

5. The validity period of the gift voucher is indicated on the gift voucher.

6. The gift voucher can be used in both physical shops and in the online shop.

7. Should you return any items, the points accumulated from these items will be deducted from your savings balance.

8. If you return items for which you have used your gift voucher, you will need to contact: contact@stateofart.com in order to reactivate your saved credit. 

9. The points will be credited to your account after a period of 30 days from your purchase.

10. You can see the amount of your point balance in your online account.

 

Final Provisions

1. State of Art is at all times entitled to amend the terms & conditions in the interim and/or to terminate 'State of Art Loyalty' prematurely without providing any reasons for doing so.

2. Any amendment will be notified in writing on the State of Art website as quickly as possible.

3. The most up-to-date version of the terms & conditions are always available for consultation at: www.stateofart.com/en/loyalty-terms-conditions

4. 'State of Art Loyalty' is governed by Dutch law.

5. Disputes that cannot be settled by mutual agreement between the parties shall be submitted to the competent court in the district of the principal place of business of State of Art Holding B.V.
