Can my order be delivered to a different address?

You can opt to have your order delivered to a different address, for example if it is a present or you would prefer to have the goods delivered to your work address. You will have an opportunity to request this during the ordering process. It is also possible to input and save several different delivery addresses, so that you do not need to type these in again at a subsequent visit.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We ship orders to these EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Unfortunately, we no longer deliver to countries outside the EU.

What are the carriage charges?

You currently benefit from free shipping on orders from €50 in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

The carriage charge for Luxembourg is € 4.95, Orders above € 75.- will be shipped free of charge.

For Czech Republic, Italy, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, the carriage charge is € 9.95. Orders above € 150, - will be shipped free of charge.

For France the carriage charge is € 12.95. Orders above € 150, - will be shipped free of charge.

For Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Slovenia, Sweden, the carriage charge is € 14.95. For orders over € 150, - will be shipped free of charge.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders placed and paid for on working days before 15:00 will be despatched by PostNL on the same day. It is possible that your order or part of your order will be sent to you from a State of Art Store. For a Store delivery, a delivery time of 2-4 working days applies. DHL provides the supply for Benelux. A summary of our target delivery times is provided below. Since we are reliant on an external party here we are unfortunately unable to guarantee these delivery times.

Where is my order now?

Once your order has been packed by us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. As soon as our carrier has collected your package from us, you will receive another e-mail, with this e-mail you can view the current status of your package. Finally, you will receive another e-mail when your package has been delivered.

What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?

Your order will be delivered to the stated address. If you are not at home and this is not a cash on delivery order, the carrier will try to leave the parcel with a neighbour and put a card in your letterbox stating where it can be collected. If it is not possible to leave the delivery with a neighbour, your order will be redelivered at a later time. It will not be possible to leave cash on delivery orders with neighbours. The foregoing applies to orders for delivery within the Netherlands.

Will my parcel be delivered in a sustainable way?

State of Art orders are sent climate-neutrally via DHL Parcel. DHL is working hard to reduce CO2 emissions. For example, by building sustainably, running large equipment on HVO100 diesel and continuing to expand the electric fleet. In 2025, DHL will even deliver the last kilometres to consumers completely free of emissions. The ultimate goal: by 2050, DHL will have reduced global emissions to zero. The CO2 that we still emit, we compensate together. DHL pays part of the compensation costs, but also invests the proceeds in certified Gold Standard projects in developing countries. Not only are emissions compensated, but the projects also contribute to economic development. DHL is also the only carrier that goes a step further and compensates shipments within the Benelux via Land Life Company. By investing in large scale reforestation projects, we are working together to restore important ecosystems, promote biodiversity and provide social and economic benefits to local communities.
