How can I return an article?
If you are not satisfied with part or all of your purchase, you are entitled to return the article(s) in question to State of Art Webshop within thirty (30) working days of delivery. If possible, we receive the return consignments in these circumstances where the articles are returned unused, in the original packaging and with the original labels attached. Of course you may remove articles from their packaging in order to inspect them and try them on for size.
You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within thirty (30) days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after thirty (30) days from the day on which you acquire,or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. It is important that you send this message before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal
- If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than theleast expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
- We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
- We may withold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than thirty (30) days according to the law from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. However, we offer you the option to return the goods within thirty (30) days back to us.
Returns - UPS
REGISTER YOUR RETURN: Within 30 days of receiving your order, select the items you want to return and choose your return method You can drop your parcel off at a UPS Access Point, in which case you will need to print the print return label. If you arrange for a UPS collection, the driver will provide the return label.

PACK YOUR RETURN: Place the item(s) you want to return in the box and, if you've opted to drop your parcel off at a UPS Access Point, affix the return label to the parcel. Remove the original shipping label or cover it with the return label.
SHIP YOUR RETURN: Drop your parcel off at a UPS Access Point near you or arrange for a collection. Find your nearest Access Point at https://www.ups.com/dropoff/.
REFUND: Once we receive your return, the purchase amount will be refunded. If you have not yet paid for the items, the amount will be deducted from your outstanding account balance.
Returns from outside the Netherlands
If you live outside the Netherlands, you can follow the same return steps but return shipping is not covered. You can pay for the return online in the final step of the return process. Returns from Germany and Belgium qualify for free return shipping.
How can I exchange an article?
You can exchange items by returning the item(s) to be replaced and then immediately placing a new order on our website. This means that you can see whether the item is still available.
If you place a new order to replace your unwanted item(s), you should bear in mind that you will need to pay for this new order in advance or that you will receive a second invoice.
Unfortunately, due to technical reasons we cannot offset orders against each other.
Unfortunately, you CANNOT request a replacement item using the return form. Due to technical reasons we also CANNOT replace or offset items or place a new order for you.
When will my money be transferred back to me?
We will confirm the arrival of your returned goods by e-mail immediately on receipt. The amount payable will then be transferred to your bank account within 1 week of this confirmation. If you are paying by credit card from outside the Netherlands, then we will credit the refund to your credit card account. How long it takes for the refund to reach your account depends partly on the bank or credit card company and is therefore partly beyond our control.
Why are the carriage costs not refunded?
We regret that the original carriage costs for your order will not be refunded. Of course this will not apply if we have sent an incorrect or damaged item.
