How can I return an item?

Not satisfied? You can return items within 30 days — unused, undamaged, and preferably with tags.

Free with a webshop account

Register your return via our returns portal and follow the steps:

Go to stateofart.returnista.com and log in with your email address and order number.

Indicate which items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason.

You will see the available shipping options. Follow the instructions to receive your return label.

Put the items in a box, attach the return label to the package, and remove the old shipping label.

Drop off the parcel at the chosen carrier's drop-off point.

If you live outside the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany or Luxembourg, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Free returns to a State of Art store

Return your order for free to one of our stores in the Netherlands or Belgium. The store will accept the items and you will receive a confirmation by email.

How can I exchange an item?

Do you want to exchange for a different size? Go to stateofart.returnista.com and follow the steps for exchanging.

When will I get my money back?

Once we have processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email on the same day or the day after. A refund will follow within a few working days.

If you return the complete order, we will also reimburse the original shipping costs.
