When will my order be delivered?
Orders placed and paid for on weekdays before 3 PM will be offered to DHL on the same day. Delivery times are indicative.
Is (part of) your order shipped from a store? Please allow 2–4 business days for delivery.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace barcode. Enter the barcode and your postcode on dhlparcel.nl to track the status.
Delivery status is visible approximately 24 hours after dispatch.
What if I'm not home during delivery?
The driver will leave a note in your mailbox with the new delivery date or the address where you can collect your parcel.
Can I have it delivered to a different address?
Yes, you can. During the ordering process, choose a different delivery address — handy for gifts or delivery to your work address. You can save multiple addresses in your account.
Pick up at a DHL ServicePoint
At checkout, choose to pick up at a nearby DHL ServicePoint. Pick up your parcel when it suits you.
Your package will be held for a maximum of 5 days. After that, it will be returned. Please bring a valid ID.
Pick up at a State of Art store
You can pick up and return your order for free at any State of Art store. Please bring a valid ID.

Yes. All orders are shipped climate-neutrally via DHL Parcel.
