How do I know my order has been received successfully?
After ordering and paying, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. Is there nothing in your inbox? Please check your spam folder as well.

How do I place an order in the webshop?
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, this is possible as long as your order has not yet been dispatched. Please send an email to contact@stateofart.com.
Has your parcel already been shipped? Then unfortunately, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can return the order free of charge within 30 days.
How do I search for an article?
Search using the magnifying glass at the top right of every page — type a keyword or item number.
Do you want to refine your search? Then use the filter in the webshop. Select the desired options and only the matching items will be shown.
How do I know what size I need?
On each product page, you will find the button 'What is my size?'. This button will launch our sizing tool, Faslet, which will guide you to your best size based on a few simple questions.
Still in doubt? You can always order multiple sizes and return the rest within 30 days — for free in our stores.
What if I want more information about a product?
Each product page includes sizing information, a description, and front and back photos — you can zoom in for details.
