Exclusively for sale in official and physical State of Art Stores in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Valid for 24 months
The gift card is valid for 24 months from the date of issue. The expiry date is printed on the card.
Redeemable in store
To be redeemed in all physical State of Art Stores, Outlet Stores and Pop-up Stores in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Terms and conditions
Terms and Conditions State of Art Gift Card
- These terms and conditions apply to the State of Art gift card, hereinafter referred to as 'gift card', issued by an official State of Art Store in the Netherlands or Belgium.
- The gift card can only be purchased in physical State of Art Stores and Outlet Stores in the Netherlands and Belgium.
- The gift card can be redeemed at physical State of Art Stores and Outlet Stores in the Netherlands and Belgium.
- The gift card is valid for 24 months from the date of issue. The expiration date is stated on the gift card.
- The value of the gift card is stated on the gift card.
- The gift card's value can be spent across multiple transactions. If the gift card's value is not redeemed in full at once, you will receive a voucher for the remaining amount. This voucher will have the same validity period as the original gift card.
- The value of the gift card or its remaining value cannot be exchanged for cash.
- If the total purchase amount exceeds the value of the gift card used, the difference must be paid using one of the other available payment methods in the physical State of Art Stores.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to the gift card. A gift card cannot be returned.
- Every gift card has a unique barcode and is issued only once. In the event of theft (including use of the code by unauthorized third parties) or loss, no compensation will be provided.
- Any (attempted) fraud or other unauthorised action will be registered and will result in the refusal to accept the gift card.
- The gift card may not be used in any way other than for which it was issued.
- State of Art reserves the right to amend the State of Art gift card terms and conditions. We recommend that you consult the terms and conditions for using the gift card.
