Something is missing from my order

If an item appears on your invoice which should have been in your package but is missing, please contact our customer service department. Please state your order number and the article number of the missing item, and we will investigate. Normally we will be able to deliver the missing item free of charge. If this is not possible we will refund the amount you have paid for the item.

A mistake has been made in my order

Unfortunately mistakes cannot always be avoided, but we will do our best to resolve the issue for you. If you notice an error in your order, please contact our customer service department via contact@stateofart.com.
