How do I know whether State of Art Webshop have received my order?

Once you have placed an order and made payment online you will receive e-mail confirmation of the order and the payment made. If you don't receive this e-mail, please contact us via contact@stateofart.com or by telephone on +31 (0)544 392211.

How do I place an order with the webshop?

Go to shop.stateofart.com;

Select your chosen product by clicking through;

Select the correct colour by clicking on the colour block of your choice. You can also select the appropriate colour by clicking on it in the drop-down menu;

Select the correct size by clicking on the appropriate block. The selected block will be displayed greyed out;

Once you have selected the appropriate size and colour, click on "Add to basket";

You can now continue shopping, and add further items to your basket;

When you have finished shopping, click on "Place order";

If you are placing an order with the State of Art webshop for the first time, fill in the requested details to register your account. If you have ordered from us before you can log in with your e-mail address and password;

Once you have registered a new account you must activate it before you can complete your order, by clicking on the link in the activation e-mail you received when you registered your account;

You may choose a different address for the delivery of the items, for example if it is a present or if you would prefer to have the package delivered to your work address;

If you have a discount code you can fill this in under "Discount code";

Check your order and delivery details before proceeding to the payment page;

Then select a payment method from the drop-down menu.

You will be taken to a secure environment to make your payment and complete the order.

You will receive confirmation of your order and your payment by e-mail.

Once we have packaged and despatched your order you will receive an e-mail from us with a Track & Trace code, allowing you to track the delivery status of your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order by sending an e-mail to contact@stateofart.com.

Orders can not be cancelled once the items have been despatched.

Returns by courier - DHL/Selektvracht
If you live in the Netherlands, Belgium or Luxembourg, you can have your returns package collected by DHL free of charge. On our website you can select a date and time for DHL/Selektvracht to collect the package. You do not need to write an address on the package, the courier will have a returns label and knows where the packet should go.

Drop-off at a DHL Servicepoint
If you would prefer to return your items yourself, then you can drop off your package at a een DHL Servicepoint free of charge. You only need to say that the returns package should go to the State of Art Webshop; the Servicepoint will put a returns label on the box.

How can I search the site?

There is a "Search" box in the right hand column of each page. There is the option of clicking on a selected size in the drop-down menu. You will then be shown all articles in stock in that size. You may also use the "Search" field by typing one or more words. In either case, click on the magnifying glass to activate your search.

As well as these methods you can also use our "Size Filter". Input the size you are interested in, and then click on "Save". Once your details have been saved, only available items in your size will be displayed.

You can switch off the Size Filter at any time, so that all the available sizes are displayed.

How do I know what size to choose?

If you click on an item you will see an "i" for information to the right of the sizes. You can refer to this to see which size goes with which length and girth. These are guideline figures, some articles may vary slightly. If you are in doubt you could order an article in two sizes and see which fits best. Articles can always be returned to us free of charge.

What do I do if I need more information about a product?

We try to provide as much useful information as possible about our products, to help you choose the articles that will suit you best. The product page for each article includes sizing information, a brief description and photos. You can zoom in on the front or back of the product to view details. If you still need more information you can contact our customer service department. It will help us to answer your question quickly if you can provide the product's article number.

I have seen an article in a shop/advertisement, but I can't find it in the webshop?

You can input a search term or an article number in the right hand column in order to search our site. If you are unable to find what you are looking for, please contact our customer service department, providing as many details as possible about the item.

We only distribute a selection of our range through the webshop, not the entire collection. So it can happen that you see an article in a shop which you can't find in the webshop.
