Porsche 911 S Coupé 2.2 1971 - DARK RED

RALLY CHAMPION

This 911 S Coupé has a 2.2-litre engine that generates 180 hp, an excellent performance for a cylinder capacity this small. Porsche fans often consider this engine the best engine for the first 911s, a qualification this specific 911 S Coupé still lives up to. Porsche also launched a rally version of the 911 S Coupé, which participated in the International Championship for Manufacturers (IMC), the precursor of the World Rally Championship (WRC). Not surprisingly, the 1970 IMC was won magnificently by Björn Waldegård in the 911 S.
