Can my order be delivered to a different address?
You can opt to have your order delivered to a different address, for example if it is a present or you would prefer to have the goods delivered to your work address. You will have an opportunity to request this during the ordering process. It is also possible to input and save several different delivery addresses, so that you do not need to type these in again at a subsequent visit.

We send orders out to the Benelux countries, Austria, Australia, Azerbaijan, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Georgië, Germany, Greenland, Cyprus, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Malta, Monaco, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia Federation, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switserland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and USA.

What are the carriage charges?
The carriage charge for the Netherlands is € 3.95, For Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany, the carriage charge are € 4.95. Orders above € 75.- will be shipped free of charge.
For Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, the carriage charge is € 9.95. Orders above € 150, - will be shipped free of charge.
For Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Slovenia, Switzerland, Turkey, the carriage charge is € 14.95. For orders over € 150, - will be shipped free of charge.
For all other countries outside the European Union, the carriage charge is from € 19.95 till € 39,95.
If you order from outside the European Union, the customs authorities in your country may levy additional charges.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders placed and paid for on working days before 15:00 will be despatched via PostNL on the same day. DPD provides the supply for Belgium and Germany. A summary of our target delivery times is provided below. Since we are reliant on an external party here we are unfortunately unable to guarantee these delivery times.

Where is my order now?
As soon as we have processed your order we will send you the barcode for your consignment by e-mail, so that you can follow the delivery status of your order on www.tracktrace.nl. By putting the barcode and post code in the appropriate fields and clicking on "search" you can see precisely where your order is at that moment. This information will be visible on the PostNL website for 24 hours after the despatch of your order.
What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?
Your order will be delivered to the stated address. If you are not at home and this is not a cash on delivery order, the carrier will try to leave the parcel with a neighbour and put a card in your letterbox stating where it can be collected. If it is not possible to leave the delivery with a neighbour, your order will be redelivered at a later time. It will not be possible to leave cash on delivery orders with neighbours. The foregoing applies to orders for delivery within the Netherlands.
